Response to COVID-19

In this time of uncertainty with the COVID-19 outbreak

Villa Cancun wants to assure  you that the safety and health of our guests and villa staff remain our number one priority. We have been closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) daily updates regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). We are happy to tell you that there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 at any of our vacation rentals.

Please find below an update on what Villa Cancun is doing to ensure maximum flexibility for your bookings and so you can enjoy your vacation with peace of mind.


We have contracted with an outside company who will provide daily cleaning, sanitisation, and disinfection of the entire villa. Our Villa Staff will frequently sanitize high-contact points such as door handles and bathrooms. Hand sanitizers will be placed in every room of the villa.

How We Are Preventing

On the day of arrival to our villa, we will have our villa staff take the temperature of all guests prior to entering the vacation rental. For this reason, we recommend you get travel insurance or that you have an alternate plan in place if this scenario plays out. We also recommend that on the day of travel, you take your temperature prior to flying so that this situation can be avoided. The villa staff will be required to wear medical masks and gloves. We will also supply medical masks and gloves for our guests upon request and subject to availability.
